Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are considered as acknowledged and accepted once you have booked with LESH Bartending.

Payments & Deposits

  • To secure your booking with LESH Bartending requires a 20% deposit.

  •  Your event is ONLY booked once we receive your deposit. We do not hold reservations.

  •  The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event date.

Privacy

  • Please rest assured that we only collect personal information that you knowingly and willingly provide by way of surveys, completed forms, and emails. It is the intent of LESH Bartending to use personal information only for the purpose for which it was requested.

  • Information is not automatically collected when visiting our website.

Travel & Delivery Costs

  • Travel costs may apply for some areas. LESH Bartending will ensure that you are aware of the travel fee costs as it will be mentioned in the quote.

  • In the instance where the client needs to change the venue, the cost may vary depending on the new location.

Parking

  • We ask that you please arrange a parking space for us to park near an entrance where we will not be blocked in.  We would appreciate easy access, as we have a lot of heavy items to carry into your party.

  • Any costs incurred for parking (street parking, valet, parking garage, etc) will be charged after the event based on the amount LSSH Bartending had to pay.

Liability

  • We are not liable for any damages or injuries that occur during your event, including but not limited to damages or injuries resulting from the consumption of alcohol served by our bartenders. By using our services, you agree to assume all risks and liabilities associated with your event.

Client's Responsabilities

  • The Client is responsible for providing a suitable and safe space for the bar setup, including access to power and water if necessary.

  • The Client must ensure that all necessary permits and licenses for the event, including those related to alcohol service, are obtained and in compliance with local laws.

  • The Client will also be responsible for providing any alcohol, glassware, and other supplies not included in the Bartender's services, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • It is the Client's responsibility to communicate any specific requirements or expectations for the bar service to the Bartender in advance of the event.

  • One day licenses are required for persons or organizations who host events where alcohol is served in an unlicensed location or club premises.

  • The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LESH Bartending from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client's negligence or breach of this Contract. LESH Bartending will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the actions of event guests or circumstances beyond the Bartender's control. Both Parties agree to act in a manner that ensures the safety and well-being of all event attendees.

LESH's Responsibilities

  • LESH Bartending is committed to complying with all applicable alcohol laws and regulations. As such, we reserve the right to request valid government-issued identification from any guest who appears under the legal drinking age or in situations where age verification is required.

  • Acceptable forms of ID include a valid drivers license, passport, or state-issued ID card.

  • If a guest cannot provide appropriate identification, service will be denied to that individual.

  • If the bartender scheduled for your event is unable to attend due to an emergency (such as illness or an accident), we have backup staff available to ensure coverage. If, for any reason, the backup staff are also unavailable, we will issue a full refund, including your deposit and/or balance, on the same day.

License

  • In Virginia, bartenders and servers are not required to have a specific "bartending license" to serve alcohol. The concept of a mandatory bartending license is not standard practice in Virginia or many other states. However our bartenders are trained and certified.

  • For events, the host is responsible for obtaining the alcohol license and purchasing the alcohol. We assist with submitting the One-Day Alcohol Application—be sure to call at least 30 days before your event. Early submission is encouraged, as the final deadline is 14 days prior to the event. The approved license must be displayed at the mobile bar on the event day. You can apply for the license here: Virginia ABC One-Day Banquet License.

Cancellations

  • In the event of cancellation, the Client must notify the LESH Bartending in writing. If the cancellation occurs 15 days before the event, the deposit will be refunded.

  • Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the event will result in the Client being responsible for the full service fee. The Parties agree that this cancellation policy is fair and reasonable given the nature of event planning and the potential loss of business for LESH Bartending.

Photo & Video

  • The client grants LESH Bartending permission to, its employees, and authorized agents, to photograph, film, and/or record my likeness, voice, and/or image for use in promotional materials, including but not limited to print, digital, and online platforms of general event atmosphere. These will not focus on individual guests without their explicit consent. I understand that client can revoke this consent at any time by providing written notice to the company.

Gratuity

  • LESH Bartending customarily provides a tip jar at the bar during events to allow guests to show their appreciation for exceptional service. The tip jar will be discreetly placed unless otherwise agreed upon writing.

  • We will add a gratuity charge to your invoice if you do not want a tip jar to be out on the bar. We ask that the client notify us in advance if he or she prefers to tip in advance.
